This site complies with the Federal CAN SPAM Act of 2003. Under the stipulations of said Act, we. will:

  • to deliver goods or services, including product updates or upgrades, that the recipient is entitled to receive under the terms of a transaction that the recipient has previously agreed to enter into with the sender.
  • that provide clear and conspicuous identification and clear and conspicuous notice of the opportunity to decline to receive further commercial electronic mail messages from the sender (instructions to OPT-OUT)
  • that do not include any material depicting explicit sexual conduct
  • We will not sell, lease, exchange, or otherwise transfer or release the electronic mail address of the recipient (including through any transaction or other transfer involving mailing lists bearing the electronic mail address of the recipient) for any purpose other than compliance with the CAN SPAM ACT or other provision of law.
