Options for offline payments are in checkout.  Choose your method of payment when you are prompted to do so.

Mail:  Pay by mail -- Check or Money Order.  Checkout with the shopping cart and choose 'mail'.  You will receive a system email with further instructions.  You can double check your order.  If you would like to change your order before payment, use the 'Contact Us' link at right.  Be sure to put your order number on your check or money order and follow the instructions for mailing.  Personal checks are required to clear before the item ships.

Telephone:  Complete your order with Checkout to get your order into the system. Choose 'telephone' as your method of payment.  You will receive a system email with instructions to complete your order by telephone.

Fax:  Fax orders are not available at this time.


Bank Wire Transfer:  International orders over $500 may choose Bank Wire Transfer.  Checkout normally and choose 'Bank Wire Transfer' for your type of payment and complete the checkout process.  You will receive a system email with instructions to complete the Bank Wire Transfer.
