Finally got to try out the new wand. While the output is lower on paper, I'd fine it hard to prove in actual use. The reactions were every bit as intense as my old coil wand ever produced. And the added benefit of being solid state so no heat build up while using it, the longer play times allowed and the lower cost make this unit my new wand. In addition I found that using it for indirect stimulation was excellent.

Got two of these sets. One for my new Nova and one to replace a cable that I had for a regular violet wand. I got that one because it was cheaper than anywhere else, but I gotta say, this quality is better than the one I got at the other place too. Really pleased to see that, a nice surprise.

This company is my favorite violet wand company. I think I have something from everywhere, but The Violet Wand Store delivers better quality than most, and better prices than anybody else. Great people too. I dig this kit, lots of fun in a little package. I recommend it for taking to events and leaving your big kit at home. It Fit in my airline carry-on and still left plenty of room for my girl's extra shoes.

Fantastic kit and product from what I've seen so far. The Nova wand is everything promised and the rest of the kit follows suit. Well worth the price while it lasts. The product itself is excellent, though. Try having someone hold a florescent tube and use the hot-shot electrode on the contacts and see what happens. You can even chain them :)

I just got mine yesterday and man am i impressed. I stopped by the local dollar store and picked up some bulbs and the opportunities are endless. i even showed it to my roomies and their kid and he found it endlessly amusing, though a little hesitant at the shocks it gave. And no i wasnt using it on him in a sexual manner i just showed him the light affects ill be posting a vid soon on youtube.

Very nice wand. I have yet to do a side-by-side comparison with an electromechanical wand, but having been zapped by both on full blast, I can say the Nova definitely isn't short on zap! I love the fact that it doesn't overheat, so you can just keep on playing.

This 5 star kit made it the best Christmas ever! !e are sorry we waited till now to get a wand because we didn't realize how different you could make it feel just by setting it different or using a different accessory. I agree as a beginner it’s a great 1st first violet wand and the price was more than attractive. I find the kit very complete to start. I got the Y because you can use is soft over a large surface or use just one point for a stronger shock. All the accessories are in working order. I am really happy too that my electrodes from a cosmetic violet ray kit work with this kit :D

This kit is PERFECT for beginners. Obviously, price was a huge point, since the cost of entry to violet wand play is usually much higher. This kit has everything you could ask for starting out. For the extra attachment, I got the roller, which is very nice, though if I could do it again, I would have gotten an attachment with a bit more oomph. Remember, you can always turn the shock down, but you can only turn it so high.

I don't think I can recommend a better beginner wand than this one. It's everything as described, and no exaggeration there. It does feel so much lighter and it's so much smaller than a traditional coil-based wand that some might dismiss it as a lower-quality toy, but don't let the ease of use fool you! Well worth the money, and a great way to try wands out if you don't want to drop $300 on something that might not suit you.

Just purchased this with a Nova. It will definitely throw some sparks. Getting it to cast in a narrow line takes some practice. Once you get the hang of things it's quick and easy to get 1/16" lines.rnrnA fine tip sharpie with metallic ink seems to attract the sparks, so getting a neat line is even easier.rnrnThe quality wasn't what I was expecting, but it does it's job quite well. I'm slightly disappointed in the faint glow unless the wand is turned up fairly high and casting sparks.

Shopping online you have to worry about what you're getting for the money. But I bit the bullet based on what everyone has said here. Glad I did. I can't say enough good about you guys except 'wow' and that I wish I'd bought this sooner. I got all the electrode in blue and purple but was thinking I should have got some other colors. Everything arrived safe and speedy in a plain brown wrapper all the way to New South Wales.

Just received it, and did a basic test run. It's my first violet wand ever, and I have to say I was originally reluctant because I tend to be tactile-hypersensitive. I found using using this wand with a medium intensity electrode (5) to be quite stimulating in all the right ways ;P even turned to full strength it did not produce any sensation that was too much for me.rnrnCan't wait to use the saturator rod for indirect play with someone else.

I have done my research so I know there are both higher and lower quality violet wand kits out there, but I wanted something of great quality at a price that wouldn't kill me. So first off, you won't get a better price anywhere for the same things. Second, you won't get better quality anywhere else for this kind of price. I am 100% satisfied with all the kit items - they are all very well made. And I am 110% satisfied with everything they do -this kit does everything. I am now a wandoholic.

5 stars from me. Quality- not the electrical cord junk that's out there. This is the one violet wand accessory that will give you the most techniques. If you don't have one you miss out on 2/3 of violet wand techniques. So you HAVE to get one and imo you SHOULD get this one.

I have been researching to buy a violet wand for a few months now. This including trying friend's kits and seeing what people had with them at events. I came to the conclusion that there was no better value available than this kit, and I was right. What I didn't know when I bought it, was that the items in it would turn out to be much higher quality than you find from similar sellers. Worth every penny and then some.

I was waiting for these back in stock. didn't know what to expect when I got it but Im pretty happy with it overall and don't regret it. It feels like a finer stream of sparks than regular, like more sparks but smaller, dont know how to describe that better. Does fireplay fine, does branding fine, indirect etc. Happy about the price, worth it. Sounds different not as loud as a regular so i think that takes away some of the scariness for mindf-cks.

I did my shopping around and am glad I did. This set is maxed for the money. We ordered on wed and sweated getting it here on time for a party. It arrived on Fri, and was a huge hit. Something for everybody and everything well made. Some people like the softer stuff and some the harder attachments and everybody had favorites. Wand ran all night long without a problem. Plain package, well packed. Included instructions are helpful but its easy to use.

This was a lot of kit for the money, and I really did my shopping. But I also was really happy with the quality. you can tell its professionally made, not garage made like a lot of violent wand sellers. I had one edison adaptor that somebody made by filing threads off a lamp pole! So I wanted one from a real company, not a guy in his basement.rnI couldn't figure out the footswitch right away-- you step on it a different way to turn it off. everything in here is wonderful super nasty.

I think I have to get one of each of these I got this one and well all I can say is that it is great. well made, not like homemade stuff ive seen. the description doesn't say that the tails can be bent anyway that you want them. I made loops and wrapped them around and it was like a cage that he couldn't touch the sides of or he'd get a shock1! very soft too, so he didn't know if it was going to be good or bad touching or what.

I got the purple one. Its not a deep indigo-like purple, more like a dark magenta. The feel is just like it says, very 'picky' like pinpricks. That's a very different type of sensation that is hard to find. They have a lot of 'give' in the handle so they don't impact very well, but they sting with a good swing.

I really was torn between wands, didn't really know how I would be playing with them as a beginner. I settled on this one, I finally didn't think I'd need more than the 1 hour. I built a kit through you guys and that was cool, there's lots of places that give you stuff you don't you might not use in a kit. Being able to pick and choose even the lightbulbs was super. Everything I got I am definitely using, and no empty 'filler' items.
