Placing your Order
Customers are solely responsible for reviewing all website information and policies before making a purchase. International customers are responsible for reviewing website information regarding international orders in addition to reviewing main website material. Shipping costs do not cover customs, duty or import fees or taxes, but only cover the cost of shipping carrier, order handling and insurance to the destination country. The customer is solely responsible for any customs, duty or import fees or taxes levied by the destination country, for any items shipped to the destination country.
By using the website and placing an order, the customer acknowledges that he or she has reviewed all pertinent information contained in the website and agrees to all terms of use, company policies, liability waiver and other materials contained herein and in other posted or advertised company policies.
Once orders are placed in the shopping cart by the client, they can not be added to or changed by us. Our order fulfillment system is an automated off-site professional merchant provider and secure third party system; therefore unfortunately, an email sent to us requesting a change to an existing order in the cart cannot be connected to our off-site and extremely secure shopping cart system. Our clients are adults who must be sure they are ordering correctly; we are not responsible for client decision-making. If you wish to add to your existing order, then you will have to place a second order; you may enter the Order number of the first Order into the Customer Comments section to show the two are connected. If possible, the two orders will be shipped together. If you wish to cancel your order, please see the section below on order cancellations.
Please read all information as it comes up in the shopping cart order as you place your order, so that you get all necessary information that pertains to your order.
Substitutions
Regarding the contents of pre-built (package) new kits or other items, we reserves the right to make substitutions or replacements without notice for any out-of-stock or discontinued items noted as being contained in the kits, with similar items of equal or greater value.
