Shipping Considerations
 
  • Order fulfillment usually takes 2-3 business days, so items USUALLY ship within 3-5 business* days.  90% of all our orders ship within 3-5 business days.  Since order fulfillment can be affected by order volume, customer needs, supplier limitations, or other things beyond our control such as electrical brownouts and tornado season, we can not guarantee we will meet this time window or fall within it more than 90% of the time.  We will do our best for you!
  • Our order FULFILLMENT and PROCESSING time takes place before the shipper 'SHIPPING' time.  Add your chosen SHIPPING time onto our order PROCESSING time to get an estimate for delivery to you.
  • Please understand that orders placed ahead of yours are processed ahead of yours.
  • If for some reason an order goes over 10 business days/2 weeks, experiencing an undue delay or other problem then it is placed on ASAP status and you are contacted.  (We do not contact customers to tell them their order is having -no- problems. )
  • If you have registered an account, you will be able to see your order status real-time and know when it ships.  Your account is where to go to find out the status of your order, and it has all the information that is available about your order.
  • A signature is required on delivery of all orders over $250
  • An adult signature is required on delivery of all wands.
  • Where the shipping address is different than the billing address, the package will ship adult signature restricted for domestic mail.
  • We ship only by Global Express or USPS Priority mail for international service, so that your package can be insured and tracked outside the US
  • We do not accept COD orders.
  • If your order processing and fulfillment goes over 10 business days, then we will contact you and advise you of the delay.  Orders less than 10 business days are not unduly delayed, as periodic short delays are to be expected as normal.
  • Do you have a deadline?  Choose Express mail for fastest shipping. 
  • If you are in a rush for your order, please choose the fastest method of shipping possible, and put 'PLEASE RUSH' in the customer comments block.  We will do our best, but please understand we can not guarantee a 'delivery by' date.
