Store Information - Store Policies
 Returns are for store credit, replacement or exchange, and for defect* only.  If you purchased a brand new wand from us, you are covered under our warranty against defect.  Use the 'report a problem' link to return a wand that has arrived to you in inoperable condition.   It is at our discretion whether to repair, replace, exchange, or remit store credit depending upon the nature of the defect.

*Defect is very different from damage.  Defects occur during the manufacturing and assembly process and are an impediment to proper operation.  Defect occurs prior to shipping.  Damage occurs after shipping; either during shipping (which is covered by USPS and/or our insurance) or after receipt.  Damage that occurs after you receive your item is not covered, and returns pursuant to such damage are not accepted.
