• If you already have placed an order, have you entered a Help Ticket first?  A help ticket gets your issue into the system so it can be tracked accurately and swiftly.  We will ask you during the phone conversation, to enter a Help Ticket first.  Please have any information ready that we have asked for as part of your Help Ticket.
• If you need information before placing an order, have you emailed?  Email allows for longer explanations about products, availability, payment methods and shipping etc, as a more cost-concious means of communicating with you. 
• Want to place an order by phone?  Please check our twitter status to see when we are standing by to speak to a live person.  With an international business, we try to rotate hours to hit the most time zones.  We list our available hours in CST, so please adjust for your time zone.
