• If you need information before placing an order, have you emailed?  Email allows for longer explanations about products, availability, payment methods and shipping etc, as a more cost-concious means of communicating with you. 

• Want to place an order by phone?  Phone customer service is available during business hours CST, or leave a message during off-hours.  Any extended weekend hours for phone support will be listed on twitter status.
