WARRANTY

All items are guaranteed 90 days against defect.

Lifetime Electrode replacement program:  If you break one of our electrodes at any time, return it and you can purchase the replacement at half price!  You must return 90% of the broken electrode including the complete endcap, it must identifiable as ours, and we must have a record of your original purchase of that electrode to be eligible.

Lifetime Wand replacement program.  If your wand burns out at any time that you own it, return it and you will be able to buy a replacement wand at a discount price!  You must be the original purchaser, return the entire wand with intact housing (the housing was never opened), and we must have a record of your original purchase to be eligible.

Lifetime Gear replacement program.  If your toy, accessory or gear item breaks at any time that you own it, you will be able to buy a replacement at half price!  You must be the original purchaser, return the item, and we must have a record of your original purchase to be eligible.
