Lifetime Violet Wand Electrode replacement program:  If you break one of our electrodes at any time, and for any reason, return it and you can purchase the replacement at half price!  You must return 90% of the broken electrode including the complete endcap, it must identifiable as ours, and we must have a record of your original purchase of that electrode to be eligible. Lifetime Violet Wand replacement program.  If your wand burns out or breaks at any time that you own it, and for any reason, return it and you will be able to purchase your replacement wand at a discount price!  You must be the original purchaser, you must return the entire wand with intact housing (the housing was never opened), it must be identifiable as our wand, and we must have the record of your original purchase to be eligible. (you will need your original order number)
