We accept orders from North America and Europe, Australia and New Zealand, China and Japan.  Just place your order through the shopping cart normally. International orders will all ship to the billing address, even if you supply a different shipping address. If you are purchasing a wand, you must take care to use an appropriate converter or step transformer for your country’s current and plugs.  Do NOT use a 110v wand in any source but 110v.  If your current is different than 110v, you must use a converter or step transformer.  We supply converters /step transformers that will be adequate to run the wand you purchase from us.  If you use an unapproved transformer or converter that is of a lesser grade than adequate to your wand’s needs and your country’s may burn out your wand.  Use of our converter protects your warranty.  Use of your own supplied converter is at your own risk. If you use your 100v wand in any other electrical mains current without a transformer or converter, this will cause immediate damage that is not covered by warranty. Wands are guaranteed against defect for 90 days if using OUR converter.   If you do not purchase one of our converters at the time you order your wand, use of your wand is at your own risk.  If you choose to use your own converter, you will want a 100 watt minimum STEP TRANSFORMER.  A travel converter is not sufficient.  Wands are not covered by warranty if using your own converter. Please keep in mind that we can not anticipate or estimate custom duty or VAT or taxes for your country.  We ship to your country by the US Postal Service using Priority or Express Mail.  (whichever can be tracked to your address, and based upon weight limits for that service.) If you are located outside of the USA, you must choose an International shipping option.  Please choose a ‘WORLD’ shipping option.  If domestic or standard shipping is chosen accidentally or due to server miscommunication between our secure shopping system and secure shipper services, the shipping charge will be adjusted to the correct charge at time of shipment.  You will be charged for the exact cost to ship your order to your country, and the difference billed separately.  For all International orders, once your package is weighed and shipped, you are responsible for the actual cost to ship your package to you.  Any balance will be billed separately. You are responsible for all and all VAT, luxury or import taxes, or any requests from the customs agents in your country. To date, we and our clients have had no problems with customs in North America, Great Britain, Europe, Japan, Australia and New Zealand.  Order with confidence!
