We had tried a cheaper wand and was very disappointed. This wand works like a charm. It has more than enough power output for even the most hardy user!!

I was at first shocked by the electrode mini size. Comming from the mechanical wand, the power knob and the weigth needs major adaptation. Powercable shorter so have an extension handy. So quiet in a noisy dungeon that indicator wont be there. My big wand is on the fritz (getting cared for), but I want to play and this baby will do just fine. First big test this week-end.

I purchased the $199 kit. The Nova Wand worked for about 5 minutes, then there was just a low hum from the wand. I emailed the company and they exchanged it for a new one which works well. but I am extremely disappointed especially because I wanted it in time for an event.

One of the best investments I have made in a very long time.. I have always wanted a Violet wand since a friend brought one, and was able to get one over the holidays. Since getting it, I am already looking forward to my next order!! I just can not believe how much fun I am able to have, and the lighting is wonderful. Thank you for much for all your help in ordering the extra parts and making something so wonderful. If you are interested in this it is worth every penny and more.

BAZINGA!!! I had been looking at the Zeus and KinkLab at a local toy shop. KinkLab was DOA out of the box, and the Collete on the Zeus allowed for electrode drop. They were nicely designed all be it identical in design and power. The Nova VW has a very tight Collette, it is lighter in weight than the fore mentioned brands and I feel it has a bit more power. The other two felt more like a static shock while the Nova VW feels more intense like a sizzle when turn up all the way!

6 days from purchase to reception, and I love it. rnrnI tested the Nova against a traditional violent wand, and after accidentally being branded by the latter I think the Nova is going to suit my style of play just fine. I am quite pleased.

AWESOME wand and kit! I tried a lesser wand and is was very weak, poor fit, etc. Was a little worried I’d be sinking more money into another useless toy but I was VERY wrong! The Nova wand is VERY strong – capable of WAY more than I’ve been able to use yet. Electrodes & body contact are terrific! Even came in a very nice padded case. Wish I had bought this one in the first place! Thanks so much!!

I always wanted to purchase a Violet Wand, but I was hesitant as to whether it would work as advertised. I received a gift of the Zeus wand (Terrible. It didn’t work at all. The body contact did nothing.) But it did spark my desire for a real Violet Wand. I must say I have not been disappointed! Since my purchase I have bought several electrodes since my original purchase and I can not get enough of it. The fun. The jolts by becoming the circuit or turning your subject into the circuit.

The Nova wand is actually pretty powerful. I’m not sure what is up with people who keep saying that electric/solid-state wands are weak, this one definitely is not. I was afraid the thing would get really hot or immediately zap you when you turn it on, but no worries. You can start slowly and the lowest settings are tolerable if not impossible to feel on most electrodes, and the thing never really gets hot.
