You, like us, are always looking for the new and unusual. This violet wand neon glow necklace certainly is new and unusual! We are excited just thinking about it. This glass pendant necklace GLOWS when hit with a violet wand spark. It is made the same way as glass violet wand electrodes, with strong borosilicate glass. It is backfilled with neon gas so that it works just like an electrode. But it is not an electrode since it doesn’t go into the wand. You wear it around your neck.
The pendant chain and fittings are an antiqued silver color, and two glass lampwork beads with silver metallic details, showcase on either side of the pendant. The chain has a strong magnet clasp to make for a fast and easy on/off. It measures about 29″ long total and can easily be shortened by removing the goodly-sized chain links – we wanted to make sure the length would work for everyone so we give you plenty to work with. (chain links are 1/4″ long and 1/8″ wide and easily opened and closed with a small pair of pliers).
Glass pendants are beautiful and trendy, and so is this. But our glass necklace has a surprise that no other glass pendants have; ours is backfilled with noble gas. You can wear it anywhere and no one will know. People will surely ask you where you got such an unusual pendant. But later…excite it with a violet wand spark and it glows neon red-orange.
You definitely can wear jewelry while playing with a violet wand, so yes, you can make it glow at the same time you make its wearer jump. How close you have to get to the glass pendant with your violet wand spark, depends on your wand, setup, technique and the conductivity of the wearer’s own body. Of all the gases used with a violet wand, neon is the brightest but its best effect will be in a darkened room.
Comes in a velvet bag with gift box.

Pictures look cool – but the only way it really lights up is if you directly touch it with the wand. I bought it hoping a body cable / power tripper would cause it to illuminate while I worked on my partner- but nota.
Nice metal chain – looks cool – but unless you want to stand there with the electrode attached to it – pass on this one.
