We accept PayPal, MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover Cards. Please read and follow the instructions as they display within the cart; they are there to process your order efficiently.
 
 
Our first page of the shopping cart transfers your order to the cart. All pages are SSL encrypted.
 
We require your CCV code to ensure against fraud.
 
Please enter your billing address exactly as shown on your credit card billing statement to ensure there is no unnecessary delays.
 
Credit cards processing from some other countries may require us to ask for additional information to verify you are the owner of the card.
 
Customer credit card information is never kept. It is only transmitted via SHA-256 SSL encryption to our credit card merchant.  Once your order ships, your name, your email address and the item(s) you purchased are kept only for record in case of problems.  Should you choose to sign up for an account, this information may be stored securely on our servers.
 
Certain specific countries have higher incidents of credit card fraud; purchases from those countries may be denied without notice.
 
PCI compliance and our Verified SSL Certificate protect your sensitive information.
 
Finally, credit card fraud on the internet is problematic. Our anti-fraud policies means that we will check to ensure that the person who is placing the order is confirmed as the cardholder.  Please understand if we need a little more information from you to fulfill your order.

Orders

Placing your order
Customers are solely responsible for reviewing all website information and policies before making a purchase. International customers are responsible for reviewing website information regarding international orders in addition to reviewing main website material. Shipping costs do not cover customs, duty or import fees or taxes, but only cover the cost of shipping carrier, order handling and insurance to the destination country.
 
The customer is solely responsible for any customs, duty or import fees or taxes levied by the destination country, for any items shipped to the destination country.  By using the website and placing an order, the customer acknowledges that he or she has reviewed all pertinent information contained in the website and agrees to all terms of use, company policies, liability waiver and other materials contained herein and in other posted or advertised company policies.
 
Once orders are placed in the shopping cart by the client, they can not be added to or changed by us. An email sent to us requesting a change to an existing order in the cart cannot be accommodated and we apologize for any inconvenience.  You may request to cancel the order and place a new one.  If you wish to add to your existing order, then you will have to place a second order.  If possible, the two orders will be shipped together. If you wish to cancel your order, please see the information regarding order cancellations.

Promotions, Coupons and Gift Certificates

Promotional Codes: Store Credit Codes, Gift Certificate Codes and Discount Codes and other promotional codes are never redeemable for cash and may be used only in the shopping cart when manually entered by the client. Expiration dates and other provisions may apply to each type of code or individual code. 

Where we provide a promotional code, gift certificate code, store credit code or discount code, the client is responsible for entering the code into the appropriate block in the shopping cart on the final page before submitting. The block is labelled ‘Coupon Code’ on the payment page. 

If a client fails to enter the promotional code at the time of payment, we are unable to change or adjust the client order or total to account for the coded discount, gift certificate, store credit or promotion. As stated previously, orders can not be changed once submitted due to our state-of-the-art off-site shopping cart provider, and protects you. The order shall stand as submitted, and the client is free to use the code on a future purchase.

Order Confirmation:

Immediately after you place your order through the shopping cart, an automatic email confirmation/receipt is sent out by our shopping cart service. This serves as the only confirmation of your purchase and contains all necessary information. Do not discard the email, as you will need your order number to search your order status and track your order. 

However, some Internet Service Providers automatically block third party source email as spam.  This email receipt is not spam, as it is a transaction-based email that you have asked to receive by initiating your purchase. We apologize on behalf of your ISP if your ISP stops the automatic email message and does not deliver it to you, but we can not be responsible.

Order Tracking:

Our order tracking is automated and you can check on the status of your order at any time by using the tools we provide here. By registering an account, you will be able to see real-time what is happening to your order during every step.  All available information about your order status is found on your personalized account and order status page.

Any unusual circumstance affecting order fulfillment, production, processing or delivery is posted on the website news. Thus, all information available about your order is available to you at your own convenience.  Our order status information is updated each time there is a change in the process. Please allow USPS sufficient time in business days to update tracking information.

Orders, Rush Orders, and Our Shipping Schedule

We are sorry, but there are no rush orders, but all orders ship fast!  If you can order it, its in stock. Remember to add Shipping time + Order processing time = your delivery time. 

Delivery times listed on product pages are estimations only and not a guarantee.

Backorders:

While we manufactures many of our retail products, some kit accessories, some wand accessories, and all non-wand related products are not manufactured by us. In addition, shopping cart inventory may not update immediately after a purchase that removes remaining on-hand stock. As such, on-hand stock for non-in house produced items can not be guaranteed.

It is understood by all parties, that back-orders and rain-checks, while not ideal, are intrinsic and natural to retail operations.  Where any items are on back-order, the order will be sent with any back-ordered parts noted on the packaging invoice. It shall be noted that pre-built wand kits are priced substantially lower than the retail value of their individual components, and many kit contents are included ‘free’ or as a bonus with a kit, or as part of the package deal.

Thus, no refunds will be made for accessories or parts inclusive to a pre-built wand kit that are on back-order. The inclusive accessories that are out of stock will be kept on back-order and shall ship when in stock.

Substitutions:

We endeavor to keep all items in stock.  However, some kit items may be out of stock when a kit is ordered.  So as not to delay shipping of kits, items in kits that are not immediately available may be substituted for a similar item of the same value.

Regarding the contents of pre-built (package) new kits or other items, we reserve the right to make substitutions or replacements of items within kits without notice for any out-of-stock or discontinued items noted as being contained in the kits, with similar items of equal or greater value.

This allows us to offer you the lowest price available on pre-built (package deal) Violet Wand kits.

Colors:

We can not guarantee availability of electrode colors.  Where you list a color choice for electrodes, this is your first, or preferred choice of color.  Where certain colors may not be available as your first choice, the next closest similar color will be shipped. 

There will be no back-orders on electrode colors, since the colors differences do not change in value, price or electrode function.
