We have a very simple legal return policy.  If its defective, we’ll replace it, no problem! You’re covered under our warranty!

Returns are for defect* only, and are for store credit, replacement or exchange.

All returns must have an RMA (Return Authorization Number) so contact us by email to obtain your RMA number and receive shipping instructions.

If you purchased a brand new item from us, you are covered under our warranty against defect. Use the ‘report a problem’ link or send an email to start the return process for any item that has arrived to you in inoperable condition. You will be given RMA information to return the defective item only, even if it was included in a kit. Do not return kit items that are not defective, return only the defective item.  Non-defective items will be returned to you COD.

If it’s not defective, that is not covered. Defects occur during the manufacturing and assembly process and are an impediment to proper operation.  Damage occurs after shipping; either during shipping (which is covered by USPS and/or our insurance) or after receipt.  Accidental damage that occurs after you receive your item is not covered by warranty.  There are NO refunds on non-defective items. Our items are intended for use on the human body and may come into contact with body fluids, so there are legal restrictions on returning these items, just like swimsuits, underwear, and other sex toys.

Due to our small percentage of returns, each return is handled on individual basis. Therefore we do not provide return shipping labels, but will reimburse your return shipping costs for defective items, as shown on your package.

For full credit, returns must arrive to us in the same new condition in which they were delivered to you. You may return any new accessory item purchased from that is defective on arrival, or arrives in damaged condition for exchange or store credit within 30 days of purchase or within the individual warranty period on violet wands. Refunds: we reserve the right to test defective on arrival returns and impose a restocking fee equal to 15 percent of the product sales price if the customer misrepresents the condition of the product. Any returned item that is damaged through customer misuse, is missing parts, or is in unsellable condition due to customer tampering will result in the customer being charged a higher restocking fee based on the condition of the product.  We will not accept returns of any accessory item more than 30 days after you receive the shipment.

You agreed to this policy in full at the time of your purchase by manually checking the agreement box, and you agreed to this store’s policies at the time of registering an account by checking your agreement.  This policy is visible in your shopping cart when you order, and is written on your packing list which arrives to you with your order.  You have viewed this policy three times; before, during, and after ordering, and you checked that you agreed with this policy on two separate times.

Due to credit card restrictions, all returns, exchanges, etc, will be shipped only to address that appears on the order, so make sure the shipping address you enter is where you want all items to go.  If you move residences and need warranty service after your move, please email for instructions.

Lifetime Violet Wand Electrode replacement program:  If you break one of our electrodes at any time, and for any reason, return it and you can purchase the replacement at half price!  You must return 90% of the broken electrode including the complete endcap, it must identifiable as ours, and we must have a record of your original purchase of that electrode to be eligible. (you will need your original order number.)

Lifetime Violet Wand replacement program.  If your wand burns out or breaks at any time that you own it, and for any reason, return it and you will be able to purchase your replacement wand at a discount price!  You must be the original purchaser, you must return the entire wand with intact housing (the housing was never opened), it must be identifiable as our wand, and we must have the record of your original purchase to be eligible. (you will need your original order number)

Lifetime Violet Wand Accessory replacement program. If your wand accessory breaks at any time that you own it, and for any reason, return it and you will be able to purchase your the replacement at half price!  You must be the original purchaser, you must return the entire item, it must be identifiable as ours, and we must have the record of your original purchase to be eligible. *Due to manufacturer restrictions, some items that are not ours are not eligible for this program.

Services orders, service requests, and repairs.

 
We will take care of you!  But you can help us help you.  We are an international business with customers worldwide. To keep our prices beneficial to you, we ask that you begin your customer service through the website automated help system. When you enter your service request into the help system requesting service, we will be able to assist you. If you email about service, you will be sent further instructions to enter your issue into the help system. Once entered into the help system, you will be in queue for service. Watch your help report for all available information. Understand that there are others in the queue ahead of you. When you request service, request a refund, ask for a credit, request a replacement item, etc., you will be placed in queue. Like our orders, we deal with services on a first-come, first-served basis.  We thank you for your patience. All refunds and credit card refunds are issued monthly during batch processes. Please allow for sufficient time for your credit card issuing bank as well. 
 
Warranty
 
 All items are guaranteed for against defect for 90 days from date of purchase.  We will replace, refund, exchange or repair any items within the 90 day guarantee period at our discretion.   No other warranty is express or implied.  *California law stipulates that we must inform you that you agreed to the warranty terms and period when you made your purchase with us.
