Shipping Information

We ship fast! 

We ship fast!  Usually within 30 minutes from the time your order was placed, it will be marked as shipped.  We can’t always meet that record due to unforeseen circumstances, but this is an approximate timetable. 

When an order is marked as shipped, it usually ships that day.  We do not mark an order as shipped or provide tracking until it is physically boxed and ready for the carrier. 

All orders are currently shipped via the USPS.  We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday, all Federal holidays, or any day the USPS is closed.

DISCREET.

We ship everything in USPS Priority Mail^® boxes, or plain boxes with a non-specific return address.  Your privacy is important, and we understand your concern.

TIMETABLE

• Order fulfillment usually takes 1-3 business days depending upon your order items, or if you order on a weekend or holiday.
• 99% of our orders ship within 1-2 business days.
• Since order fulfillment can be affected by order volume, customer needs, supplier limitations, or other things beyond our control, we can not guarantee we will meet this time window.  We will do our best for you!
• Approximate shipping dates and delivery dates are provided on each product screen.

GENERAL

• Please understand that orders placed ahead of yours may be processed ahead of yours.
• If you have registered an account, you will be able to see your order status real-time and know when it ships.  Your account is where to go to find out the status of your order, and it has all the information that is available about your order.
• A signature may be required on delivery of all orders over $300.  An Adult signature may be required on delivery of all orders over $500.  We apologize for the inconvenience. 
• We ship only by Global Express Guaranteed^® or USPS Priority Mail^® for international service, so that your package can be insured and tracked outside the USA.
• We do not accept COD orders or checks.

DELAYS.

• We do not contact you if your order has only a minor delay, as minor or occasional short delays of 1-3 days can be reasonably expected.
• If for some unforeseen reason an order experiences a delay, we will let you know what is going on.  We leave no orders to chance!

RUSH

• Do you have a deadline?  Choose Express mail for fastest shipping.
• If you are in a rush for your order, please choose the fastest method of shipping possible, and request an order rush in the customer comments on checkout.  We will do our best, but please understand we can not guarantee a ‘delivery by’ date.

*M-F 9am – 5pm PST, excluding all weekends and holidays.  Orders placed after 3pm PST may not ship until the following business day. 

MULTIPLE ORDERS SHIPPED TOGETHER

Orders that are placed the same day may be shipped in the same box at our discretion.

Since the combined weights of the items and the employee handling required for multiple orders do not change, the total shipping cost will not change.

CUSTOMS, IMPORT DUTIES AND SHIPPING CHARGES.

Customer is responsible for VAT, Duty, Import, Customs Clearance or any similar fees or taxes in their own country.

Shipping rates are provided directly via USPS based on product and combined order weight. 

We do our best to ensure you are receiving the best shipping price possible upon checkout.

SUPPORTED COUNTRIES

We accept orders from North America and Europe, Australia and New Zealand, Japan, and many other countries as well as all US Territories.  Just place your order through the shopping cart normally.

International orders will all ship to the billing address, even if you supply a different shipping address.  We apologize for any inconvenience.
