I’d tried one of these out some years ago, finally decided to get one for myself, and I LOVE IT! It’s the perfect intensity for me; buzzy, zappy, but not a harsh bite. The glowing lights are a fun touch. Easy to use and packaged securely in the box; the only thing I could say against it is it’s a little loud but even that doesn’t bother me really. Would absolutely recommend 🙂

A great beginner kit for dipping your foot in. I was really intimidated, and expected to have problems with the violet wand. But I never felt unsafe using it, and each provided glass electrode gives a unique experience. My favorite was the hook probe, as it provided a good shock and mid-level, lasting pain to concentrated areas. It felt especially good on my nipples. My least favorite was the comb. I found myself using the back end of it because it delivered a more powerful, concentrated shock. Try all the electrodes and you’ll find out your favorite way to play with your violet wand. Then you can focus your further purchases around your findings.
If anything, my only two complaints would be: (1) that it is a bit difficult to use solo – but it’s just the nature of the device, that can’t be helped – and (2) I wanted more pain and potential burning/branding. I believe both of these problems will be easily remedied by using the more powerful, less fragile metal electrodes I have on the way.
The device is also a rather loud. Again, this can’t be helped, it’s just a matter of having a big electronic thing. Thankfully I’m in a situation where I don’t have to worry about discretion, but if you do, keep that in mind.
Don’t be afraid, especially at this price, take the plunge~!

I don’t have much experience with the violet wand – this is my first! I think it’s great for a beginner. It’s not so intense that it’s intimidating and it’s strong enough for me to feel like I’m actually able to “do something” with it, if that makes sense? I’ve only purchased glass electrodes this far but I have the feeling that with some metal electrodes, this could be quite happy! It’s strong enough to leave a burn if left in one spot for a while (not severe, but definitely left a mark on my arm until the next day). This is a great starting place!
