Out of the box, this violet wand required some tweaking. The “socket” that accepts the various attachments was rather loose. Most attachments when inserted were very loose and in some instances, when the violet want was angled downward, the attachments would begin to fall out. Considering most are made of glass, this is obviously dangerous and not ideal. After a bit of gentle prying with a thin, precision flat blade screw driver (the kind used for eye glasses), I was able to bend the socket connections inward enough that the fit tightened up. This was not an issue with KinkLabs model.
All the various attachments that have gas inside (to glow purple or red) are extremely weak on the visual spectrum as compared to KinkLabs. The color is barely visible. However, this does not seem to effect the potency of the product.
The light bulb socket connector feels cheap. It works, but I’m worried about it breaking or cracking. Also, the adapter for the smaller threaded bulbs also feels cheap and it doesn’t seat smoothly into the larger connector.
The kit does not come with any sort of user/owner’s manual. There isn’t even a list of the various components that describe what they are and how they are used. Most of fairly self explanatory and if you have experience with other VWs, it should be pretty easy to figure out. However, there are several items in the kit that upon initial examination, will leave you scratching your head. At least this web site contains a fair amount of information on the various components. But this is not ideal when you’re working with the device and don’t want to spend time searching through the web site.
All-in-all, the kit is a solid product. It works well and it comes with a wide assortment of gear. For the money, I think it’s a good value. I just wish the quality control was a bit better and that a physical set of instructions with a list and explanation of attachments was provided. For this price, it should have come with something.

Great kit with a solid state wand if you want to save a lot of money. This is the prize of my toy box and comes out every time. A lot of variety in ways to use it. Suggestions: the dancing chain could be longer and a lightbulb broke in shipping. But they replaced fast.
